Year-to-Date Trend – Dane County Condos 

The year-to-date sales mix for Dane County condos through the month of June was 23%, even with the 23% through June 2013. The year-to-date sales mix for Dane County homes through the month of June was 77%.

Recent History – Condos

In the year 2000, 18% (a little less than 1 in 5) of all buyers chose condos. In 2006, 27% (just over 1 in 4) chose condos. The condo sales mix fell every year from 2006 to 2011, but that trend reversed in 2012. The condo sales mix rose again in 2013 as more and more buyers embraced the condo lifestyle.
