December year-to-date prices for Dane County homes were lower compared to prices from the same time period in 2008. The YTD median price of $218,000 decreased by 5.2% from the 2008 median price of $229,900. The YTD average price of $245,680 decreased by 8% from the average price of $266,983 in 2008.

Inventory, Volume and Listing Success Rate - Single Family Homes
