Dane County Pending Home Sales - July 2014 (excluding condos)
On July 31st, 697 Dane County single family home listings had accepted offers, down 14% from the 815 listings on July 31st of 2013. This snapshot suggests we'll see home sales in August and September below the sales totals from the same months the year prior. *Note this month's pending homes sales are up by 6% from the same month two years ago, and up by 58% from the same month 3 years ago.
