Dane County Pending Home Sales - January 2015 (excluding condos)
On January 31st, 546 Dane County single family home listings had accepted offers, up 29% from the 423 listings on January 31st of 2014. This snapshot suggests we'll see home sales in February and March well above the sales totals from the same months the year prior. *Note this month's pending homes sales are up by 12% from the same month two years ago, and up by 59% from the same month 3 years ago.
