Customize your search for Dane County bank-owned (REO) and short sale foreclosure listings. Go to www.SearchDaneCounty.com and select the foreclosures button at the top of the search page.
Also, please check out our foreclosure quick search, which includes pre-programmed searches that locate short sale and bank-owned properties in 90 Dane County area communities. Another handy tool is our foreclosure search by Madison zip code as well as our foreclosure search by price range. Yet another is our multifamily foreclosure search, a great tool for real estate investors.
Here's how you can customize your own search for bank owned (REO) and short sale listings using our real estate map.
First, go to our home page and click the big blue button.
When the real estate map loads, select the "foreclosures" radio button in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
You can use this setting along with any of our other search settings, such as price, property type, square footage, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, etc. (You can even save your search settings and receive email updates when distressed properties matching your criteria enter the market.)
Once you've run your search, our property map will display with each distressed property identified on the map.
From here you can click on a property and view the details of the listing, including the distressed property type.
For example, this property is a bank-owned property.
And this property is a short sale.
We can also set you up on a customized search that sends you emails when new distressed properties matching your criteria enter the market. For more information, please contact us.
