Spurred by the tax credit, months of inventory for Dane County homes had improved for many price categories; however, now inventory levels in many price categories have risen due to the change in the market since the tax credit expired. Months of inventory have risen for all price categories under $350,000. Months of inventory have decreased in some of the price categories at the high end of the market.
