6/30 Mos of Inventory by Location - Condos	Print Version
On June 30th we measured the months of condo inventory across a number of South Central Wisconsin MLS locations. This is a useful measure because buyers tend to have more leverage (and sellers less) where the months of inventory are very high. The results below are summarized for Madison West, Madison East, Dane County community, and surrounding county MLS locations. Note: MLS locations that had less than 8 condo transactions over the previous 12 months were excluded from the results. Months of Inventory - Madison West The W03 and W07 locations had less than 10 months of inventory. Five locations had more than 15 months of inventory. Months of Inventory - Madison East The E07, E12 and E03 locations had less than 10 months of inventory. Two locations had more than 17 months of inventory. For a map of the Madison MLS locations, click here. Months of Inventory - Dane County Communities The Middleton, Fitchburg, Madison East and Oregon locations had less than the Dane County average of 14.6 months. Four locations had 20 or more months of inventory.  Months of Inventory - Surrounding Counties Dane County had 14.6 months of inventory. All other counties had more than 20 months of inventory.
